Community Engagement Services For Multipurpose Brownfield Grant (Annual Contract)

Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive community engagement services for the U.S. EPA Multipurpose Brownfield Grant. The contractor will design and execute a public engagement strategy, coordinate outreach activities, and ensure meaningful stakeholder participation throughout the grant’s lifecycle. This is an annual contract that supports environmental remediation projects by fostering community awareness and input. • Develop and implement a detailed community engagement plan aligned with EPA guidelines. • Conduct public meetings, workshops, and outreach events to gather stakeholder feedback. • Produce reports, communication materials, and digital content to keep the public informed. • Provide ongoing liaison between the city, EPA, and community groups to address concerns and facilitate collaboration.
