Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking a professional consultant to conduct an evaluation of the 2023-2027 LSTA Five-Year Plan and collect data to inform the 2028-2032 LSTA Five-Year Plan. The evaluation will focus on the goals of the 2023-2027 LSTA Five-Year Plan and will include stakeholder engagement initiatives, review of existing agency project data, and collection of critical data. The consultant will be required to provide a comprehensive evaluation report that meets IMLS requirements and includes data that will inform the 2028-2032 LSTA Five-Year Plan.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Conducting stakeholder engagement initiatives such as interviews, surveys, and focus groups
• Reviewing existing agency project data and collecting critical data
• Providing a comprehensive evaluation report that meets IMLS requirements
• Collecting data to inform the 2028-2032 LSTA Five-Year Plan
• Working with the Wyoming State Library to design and execute the evaluation
• Providing bi-weekly updates and attending status meetings as required
