3500 Heavy Duty Truck RFP

The Town of Grafton, Vermont is seeking sealed proposals for furnishing the Town with a 2025 or newer Model Year Single Cab 3500 Heavy Duty Flatbed Truck, which meets the Town’s bid requirements and vehicle specifications. The truck should have a 6.6L V8 Diesel engine, 10 Speed Automatic transmission, and other specified features. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. • The truck should be delivered by January 1, 2026, at the latest. • The proposal should include a trade-in allowance for a 2019 Chevrolet 2500. • The Town requests that all proposals meet or exceed the specifications provided.
