The St. Tammany Parish School Board is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive alarm monitoring services and to replace existing Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines across its school facilities. The contract will cover installation of new telephone infrastructure, integration with alarm systems, ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and support for a multi‑year period. The vendor must demonstrate experience with both security monitoring and telecommunications installations in an educational environment. • Provide 24/7 alarm monitoring, dispatch, and reporting for all school campuses. • Remove outdated POTS circuitry and install new, code‑compliant telephone lines, including wiring, termination, and testing. • Deliver system integration, training for school staff, and a maintenance plan for both alarm and telephone systems. • Meet all applicable state and local regulations for public‑sector security and telecommunications. • Submit a detailed technical proposal, pricing schedule, and proof of relevant past performance.
