The Muscatine Power and Water is seeking bids for the provision of switchgear and motor control centers. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear, combustion turbine MCC, balance of plant MCC, relaying for protection, monitoring, and control, special tools, equipment manuals, factory testing, technical field services for erection, startup, and commissioning, and owner operations and maintenance personnel training. • The bid opening will be broadcast online via Ion Wave. • A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on April 14, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. • Bids must be accompanied by bid security, proposed project schedule, proposed delivery project schedule, bidder's payment schedule, and other required documents. • The anticipated notice to proceed is May 5, 2026, and the anticipated equipment delivery date is June 5, 2026.
