The NYSERDA Owner’s Representative Services for Multifamily Buildings program provides cost‑shared technical assistance to owners or managers of under‑resourced multifamily residential buildings in New York State. Participants are matched with a pre‑qualified Owner’s Representative who delivers planning, financing, procurement, construction oversight, and close‑out services to help implement energy‑efficiency and decarbonization upgrades. Funding is allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis up to a total program ceiling of $4 million, with a maximum NYSERDA cost‑share of $35,000 per project (full coverage for the first $20,000, then 75 % or 50 % of the remaining $15,000 depending on market sector).
