Investment Advisory Services

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking a qualified investment advisory firm to provide discretionary or non-discretionary investment advisory and portfolio management services for RTAA's operating funds, reserves, and other investable assets. The selected firm will act as a fiduciary and extend its services solely in the best interest of the RTAA. The scope of work includes providing investment advisory services for two major portfolio groupings: the Operating Portfolio and the Bond Portfolio. The Operating Portfolio has a total market value of approximately $143.3 million, while the Bond Portfolio has a total market value of approximately $195.9 million. The selected firm will be expected to provide services for an initial term of five years, with an option for two two-year extensions. • The RTAA is seeking a firm with a minimum of three years' experience providing investment advisory services to public agencies. • The selected firm will be required to provide services in accordance with RTAA's Investment Policy, Nevada State law, and all applicable federal regulations. • The firm will be evaluated based on its experience, qualifications, and proposed approach to providing investment advisory services. • The RTAA reserves the right to not award an Agreement for any work herein, and issuance of this RFP does not guarantee any subsequent award.
