Ongoing Call for water quality project sub-grant applications

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission is accepting applications for funding for projects in Basin 5 that improve water quality primarily by reducing phosphorus. There are two types of sub-grant applications available: the first for either Preliminary Design, Final Design and/or Implementation/Construction, and the second for Project Identification/Assessment/Development. The projects should focus on storm water system design, stream restoration, environmental conservation, and environmental consultant services. • The application process and deadlines can be found at https://www.ccrpcvt.org/northern-lake-champlain-cwsp/#funding. • The commission is looking for projects that improve water quality in Basin 5. • The application should include information about the project's location, design, and implementation. • The commission will review the applications and select the projects that will receive funding.
