TO PROVIDE CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICE AT ELMA MEADOWS GOLF COURSE

Erie County seeks a qualified private company to operate the food‑and‑beverage concession(s) at the Elma Meadows Golf Course for a three‑year term. The concessionaire will run a clubhouse stand and a half‑way house stand during the golf season, provide a minimum menu of soft drinks, candy, coffee, hot dogs, hamburgers, and beer, and may sell or rent golf‑related equipment. Up to three vending machines and one ATM are allowed, subject to County approval. The vendor must obtain all required food‑service and liquor licenses, maintain comprehensive insurance naming the County as additional insured, and provide all equipment, staffing, and daily sanitation. The County will pay only a minimum annual rent of $2,000 (in two installments) and will cover electricity, gas, and waste receptacles. The contract starts around April 1 2026 (approx.) and may be renewed at the County’s discretion.
