NYC Parks M/WBE-Only Site Work Construction PQL

The City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation is creating a pre‑qualified list (PQL) of Minority/Women‑owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) to perform general construction site work on parkland properties. Qualified firms will be eligible for contracts up to $3 million for various site‑work projects across NYC parks. This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications; no price proposals are required at this stage, only proof of M/WBE certification and capability to perform the work.
