RFSQ - PSYCHOLOGICAL AND/OR PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking qualified psychologists and psychiatrists to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide Psychological and/or Psychiatric services on an as-needed basis. The services include counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation, and medication follow-up services to sworn and professional staff employed by the Department and their family members/significant others. The Vendor must meet the Minimum Mandatory Qualifications, which include having a doctorate in psychology or related field, being licensed as a psychologist by the California Board of Psychology, and having one year of experience providing psychological services to employees of a public safety agency. The solicitation will remain open until the needs of the Department are met. • The Vendor must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes a copy of the diploma, license, and references to verify experience. • The SOQ must be submitted in a sealed envelope with three numbered copies and .pdf electronic copies on two separate compact disks (CDs) or memory sticks. • The SOQ must be delivered or mailed to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Hall of Justice, Fiscal Administration – Contracts Unit, Attn: Alex Madera, Contract Analyst. • The Vendor must ensure that the SOQ is received before the submission deadline, and any delays in delivery will be the sole responsibility of the submitting Vendor.
