RFSQ for As Needed Psychiatry Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health is seeking qualified companies to provide as-needed psychiatry services throughout Los Angeles County. The selected vendors will enter into Master Agreements with the County, which will be effective upon execution through June 30, 2028, with two optional one-year extension periods. The vendors must demonstrate three years of experience in providing medical personnel, specifically psychiatry services, and must have a current business license. The County is looking for vendors that can provide temporary or as-needed medical staffing coverage when County employees are not able to provide critical patient care services. Some key requirements for the vendors include: • Demonstrating experience in providing medical personnel, specifically psychiatry services • Having a current business license • Providing proof of insurance coverage for all programs of insurance • Complying with the Indemnification provisions contained in the Master Agreement • Registering in the County's WebVen prior to executing a Master Agreement • Complying with the County's Zero Tolerance Policy on Human Trafficking • Providing a detailed listing of temporary psychiatry specialties or expertise • Submitting three letters of reference to substantiate the vendor's experience and quality of service
