Power & Pressure Washing Services

The Hennepin County Facility Services is seeking a contractor to provide power and pressure washing services at various county facilities on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and oversight to carry out the services. The scope of work includes power and pressure washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and other surfaces, as well as removal of surface buildup and collection and disposal of wastewater and debris. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services and must submit references and a completed bid proposal worksheet. Some key points to consider: • The contract period is three years from the date of award. • The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency response services. • The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and provide safety training to its employees. • The contractor must protect all building structures, components, features, and finishes from damage. • The contractor must recycle at least 75% of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste.
