Pinellas County SBE Consultants per the Consultant Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA)

The Pinellas County Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program is seeking to pre‑qualify consulting firms that can provide a wide range of engineering, surveying, architectural, and related professional services for County projects valued at $150,000 or less. Qualified firms will be placed on a certified list and may be called upon for individual work assignments on a “first‑come, first‑served” basis, though there is no guarantee of award. The solicitation is open‑ended and ongoing; firms must register in the County’s OpenGov procurement system, submit a letter of interest, and provide required certifications, insurance, and standard forms (SF‑330, SBE certificate, licenses).
