26-16 Athletic Supplies

The Daviess County Board of Education is seeking bids for athletic supplies, including baseballs, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, softballs, volleyballs, tennis balls, and golf balls. The successful bidder will be required to provide these supplies at the lowest evaluated bid price. The contract will be for a period of 120 days, during which the prices will be firm. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make partial, progressive, or multiple awards. * The bid must include unit prices for each item and a combined bid if awarded all items. * The bidder must provide descriptive literature showing specifications of materials as part of their bid. * The bidder must comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. * The bidder must report each violation to the USDA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. * The bidder must comply with the requirements of 2 CFR 180.220 while the offer is valid and throughout the period of any contract that may arise from this offer.
