Starting Platforms

The City of Florissant is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of competitive swimming starting platforms. The project includes the removal and disposal of existing starting platforms, delivery, assembly, and installation of new platforms, and all required materials. The contract shall run for a period of 8 months, effective April 1, 2026-November 30, 2026, with no option for renewal. The bid shall be turnkey and include equipment, delivery, removal/disposal of old platforms, installation labor, and all required materials. • The City is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of Spectrum Aquatics Dual Expansion Post Record Breaker Starting Platforms, Model: Spectrum 57741, with a stainless steel top covered in non-slip material. • No new anchors are required, and the City will utilize existing anchors. • Contractors are responsible for taking measurements prior to bidding to ensure accuracy for installation. • The City is sales tax exempt, and all shipping/delivery charges shall be included in the bid price.
