The contract will cover approximately 250,000 lb of acid per year, delivered in 4,000‑5,000 gal loads to the Ashland Treatment Plant. Deliveries must meet strict concentration (23‑25 % by weight), color, and purity specifications, and adhere to detailed security and documentation protocols, including driver verification, wash‑out certificates, and chemical analysis reports. The supplier must have the capability to deliver within 7‑10 days of order, provide onsite unloading equipment, and coordinate with facility staff.
