DLA Disposition Services_Ft. Lewis MHE Repair and Maintenance

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at the DLA Disposition Services facility in Ft. Lewis, Washington. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and other related services to ensure the MHE is in good working condition. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period of one year and two option years. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services. • The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on all MHE equipment at least once a year. • The contractor will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance on all MHE equipment as needed. • The contractor will be required to provide a written estimate for all corrective maintenance work before starting the work. • The contractor will be required to provide a weekly status update on all pending or open repair actions. • The contractor will be required to maintain a quality control plan to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the contract requirements.
