Notice of Partial Settlement - Iconergy CEG LLC

The Auraria Higher Education Center is providing notice of partial settlement for the Energy Performance Contract - Science Solar Mounted Roof Panel project. The settlement will be made with Iconergy CEG LLC on August 25, 2026. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement. The project involves the construction of a solar array, and the notice is being published from August 14, 2026, through August 24, 2026. • The project is for the Energy Performance Contract - Science Solar Mounted Roof Panel. • The settlement will be made with Iconergy CEG LLC. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from liability.
