The City of Rochester, NH is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a broad portfolio of bulk chemicals required for operation and maintenance of its wastewater and drinking‑water treatment plants. The contract is a one‑year, price‑validated agreement (July 1 2025 – June 30 2026) covering a range of chemicals, each to be delivered on a strict schedule with dedicated equipment, full certificates of analysis, and rapid‑response capabilities for emergency orders. • Supplies include aluminum sulfate, sodium hydroxide, non‑zinc orthophosphate, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hyrosulfite, sodium fluoride, dense soda ash, sodium bicarbonate (bulk and bagged), powdered activated carbon, potassium permanganate, and hydrogen peroxide. • Delivery must occur between 7 AM – 12 PM on clear, dry days; emergency deliveries are required within 24 hours; no independent haulers are permitted for soda ash and sodium bicarbonate. • Bidders must submit unit prices (including delivery, fuel, and surcharges) by 5:00 PM on 18 June 2025; the City will award based primarily on lowest compliant price and technical conformity.
