Kitchen Hoods and Ducts Cleaning

The 436TH Contracting Squadron is seeking information from small business concern contractors capable of providing kitchen hoods and ducts cleaning services at Dover AFB. The services include inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hoods and duct systems in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 96. The contractor will also be required to provide dryer duct cleaning and inspection services. The contract will have a duration of one year, with the possibility of renewal. The contractor will be required to submit a work schedule and reports, and to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. * The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the services. * The contractor shall inspect, clean, and maintain kitchen hoods and duct systems in accordance with NFPA Standard 96. * The contractor shall provide dryer duct cleaning and inspection services. * The contractor shall submit a work schedule and reports. * The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
