IFB# 26-27-005 - Supply and Delivery of Propane

The Westmoreland County Public Schools (WCPS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide propane fuel and, where WCPS does not own storage tanks, to supply, install, and maintain propane storage tanks and related equipment for its facilities. This contract will cover both the delivery of the fuel and the ongoing management of storage infrastructure, ensuring reliable energy supply for school operations. • Provide and deliver propane to WCPS facilities on a scheduled basis. • Supply, install, and maintain propane storage tanks where the district does not already own them. • Perform routine inspections, safety checks, and any required repairs on the installed equipment.
