The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option for no-fault cancellation by either party. The Authority is looking for a firm with experience in the health insurance brokerage business and a proven track record of providing professional and complete commercial insurance management and marketing services. • The firm should have a strong understanding of the insurance market and the ability to develop specifications for the insurance program and obtain quotes from various insurance markets. • The firm should have a dedicated account manager with experience in the insurance industry and a strong knowledge of insurance markets. • The firm should have a service team with the necessary qualifications and experience to provide excellent customer service and claims administration. • The firm should have a proven approach to managing accounts and providing risk exposure analysis and contract review. • The firm should have a strong reputation and references from previous clients.
