RFQ for Evaluator Services

Workforce Solutions is seeking three independent evaluators to perform Evaluator Services for proposals received for Fiscal and Programmatic Monitoring. The selected evaluators will review, evaluate, and score proposals, and one of the respondents will also serve as Lead Evaluator. The scope of work includes reviewing and scoring RFP responses, coordinating conference calls and communication with other evaluators, and compiling evaluation instruments. The contract is expected to be for one year, and the payment terms include $500 per proposal evaluated and an additional $1,000 for the Lead Evaluator.
