HOT POT HERBICIDE TREATMENT

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide herbicide treatment services for the Hot Pot area, located approximately 20 miles north of Battle Mountain, Nevada. The project aims to reduce hazardous fuels in the form of noxious and invasive annual grasses within the given project area, which is 3,227 acres in size. The contractor will be responsible for determining the appropriate application method, considering terrain limitations and potential hazards in the project area. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract, and the contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and the applicable SCA Wage Decisions. • The project area is approximately 20 miles north of Battle Mountain, Nevada. • The project aims to reduce hazardous fuels in the form of noxious and invasive annual grasses. • The contractor will determine the appropriate application method. • The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. • The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and the applicable SCA Wage Decisions.
