Description:
The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) is seeking bids for a requirements contract to supply and deliver custodial janitorial and sanitation supplies to approximately all DOE facilities. The contractor shall provide on-site inside delivery of the supplies. A pre-bid conference will be held on Microsoft Teams Live on February 9, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. • The bid submission email must include the solicitation number and the name of the submitting vendor in the subject line. • The bid submission email must include the completed Request for Bids and the Bid Blank documents as separate files. • The bid opening will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on a date to be determined at 11:00 A.M. • Bidders who have submitted their bid submission email by the bid submission deadline will receive a reply to their bid submission email with a link to view a livestream of the bid opening online.
