KHP SPONSORSHIP - Horse Trailers

The Kentucky Horse Park is seeking a sponsor for the addition of a horse trailer to the park. The sponsorship can be cash or in-kind, with two sponsorships available. The sponsorship fee is $25,000 per year, and the successful respondent will be given various benefits, including advertising opportunities and recognition as a sponsor. The respondent must submit a proposal that includes their financial proposal, term, and financial stability. The proposal will be evaluated based on criteria such as financial structure, term, and financial stability. • The sponsorship is for a period of two years, with two additional two-year periods available for renewal. • The respondent must provide a detailed list of items to be provided for review by the Kentucky Horse Park. • The respondent must comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws. • The respondent must provide a signed solicitation cover page, title page, and table of contents. • The respondent must include their dollar amount and a list of experience/previous sponsorship activities.
