RFP for Waste and Recycling Management Services

The Washington County is seeking a vendor to provide waste and recycling management services for various county parks. The contract will include the collection and disposal of mixed municipal solid waste and recycling. The contract will be for a term of continuous service, with the option for the county to add or decrease services as needed. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Key requirements of the contract include: • Providing waste and recycling removal services for various Washington County Parks • Collecting and disposing of mixed municipal solid waste and recycling • Utilizing county-owned containers where available • Maintaining all equipment and containers in good working order • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Providing a cost and fee schedule for services • Submitting a proposal that includes a cover letter, qualifications and experience, references, and a cost and fee schedule.
