Midwest Janitorial MATOC

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District is seeking proposals for janitorial services for multiple recruiting stations throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. The work includes management, supervision, inspection, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services. The period of performance will be a base period of twelve months with four option periods. Each option period will be for twelve months. The selection criteria will include Past Performance, Price, and Management Plan. • The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) • The procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business under NAICS 561720- Janitorial Services • The size standard is $22 million in average annual receipts • The maximum shared capacity of the contracts will be $20,000,000.00
