The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to perform surface preparation and painting of structural steel and related components on the 531‑foot North Ohio Street Bridge and associated lighting and fence elements. The work includes painting of roadway and pedestrian fences, concrete barriers, and a series of street and pedestrian light poles with multiple color applications. Bidders must hold a Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) Work Type Q pre‑qualification for painting structural steel and must submit sealed bids by the October 29 2026 deadline.
