Request for Application (RFA) for Individual Residential Care (IRC) Services

The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking providers for Individual Residential Care (IRC) services to support children and young adults with extraordinary needs. The IRC program will provide specialized care and support to these individuals. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an initial 2-year service evaluation period. The successful applicant will be required to provide a comprehensive assessment, case planning, and transition planning for each client. The applicant must also demonstrate their ability to provide a safe and supportive environment for the clients. • The applicant must be a licensed child caring agency (CCA) or licensed by the Office of Developmental Disability Services (ODDS) as a 24-hour residential setting. • The applicant must have experience in providing residential care services to children and young adults with extraordinary needs. • The applicant must have a plan in place for providing emergency services and crisis intervention. • The applicant must have a plan in place for providing transportation services for the clients. • The applicant must have a plan in place for providing educational and recreational activities for the clients.
