Description

The Extremely Light Foam (ELF) technology is a new way to make structural foam that is both lighter and stronger than conventional alternatives. The process uses common epoxy materials mixed with tiny hollow particles and a temporary liquid that later evaporates, creating a foam that is mostly air but still highly resistant to crushing and pressure. The technology has various applications in marine systems, aerospace, transportation, and other industries. • Exceptionally low weight while maintaining high structural integrity • High resistance to crushing and compression • Simple, low-cost manufacturing process • Easy to cast and mold into complex shapes • Safe and non-hazardous materials • Multifunctional performance, offering structural support, thermal insulation, and impact energy absorption
