Navajo Technical University is seeking a qualified contractor to install water and sewer services for ten trailer units at its Chinle Campus on the Navajo Nation. The work includes coordinating with the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority, tapping existing utilities, installing individual water and sewer connections, installing and testing water meters, performing inspections, and delivering as‑built drawings and a one‑year warranty. The contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured for utility work in Arizona and on the Navajo Nation, and must handle all required permits and inspections. Payment is milestone‑based (40 % upfront, 40 % at 50 % completion, 20 % on final acceptance).
