Website Migration

The State of Rhode Island Judicial Purchasing Office is seeking a vendor to migrate its public website and intranet to a modern, highly‑available content management platform. The work includes full migration of content, redesign with responsive UI, ADA/Section 508 compliance, robust search, security hardening, documentation, training, and post‑migration support under defined SLA response times. The contract is limited to six months for migration, with optional extended support up to three years. • Migrate all existing public and internal judicial content to a new CMS (preferred WordPress 2025 6.9+ with SharePoint 2019 integration or equivalent). • Deliver a fully responsive, ADA‑compliant site with advanced search, multilingual support, and self‑service forms for litigants. • Provide comprehensive documentation, staff training, and a maintenance/support SLA (critical outage response within 2 hours, page‑level issues within 5 hours, etc.). • Must use a prime contractor (no joint ventures) and meet insurance, security clearance, and staffing requirements. • Optional follow‑on services may be purchased for up to 36 months after award.
