The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking small‑business vendors to supply a variety of bread products for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Bastrop for the first quarter of FY 2027. This is a 100 % total small‑business set‑aside RFQ. Quotations must be submitted electronically by September 11, 2026, and must comply with detailed product, labeling, packaging, and delivery requirements, including FOB destination to the FCI food‑service warehouse in Bastrop, Texas. The government will evaluate technical conformity, past performance, and price, with technical and past‑performance weighted more heavily than price. Delivery windows are limited to Monday mornings, and all items must meet Certified Menu and BOP Religious Diet specifications.
