NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The 128th Air Refueling Wing Mission Support Contracting Office intends to award a Sole Source contract to AECOM Technical Services, Inc. for Code and Criteria Review along with an Option for Type C services. The contract is for the renovation of the Corrosion Control Facility at the 128th Air Refueling Wing. The services include identifying any design revisions necessary due to changes in criteria or site infrastructure, documenting and providing answers to Contractor’s requests for information, review of submittals, attendance and records at job progress meetings, review of lab results, preparation of as-built drawings, and multiple site visits to inspect the progress and quality of construction. • The contract is a follow-on to a previously competed project. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the design is constructible, maintainable, and operable. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the project documentation is clear, sufficiently detailed, accurate, and coordinated. • The contract period of performance will mirror the construction contract award, which is scheduled for 1 Jan 2026, and will last for 30 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed.
