The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is establishing a pre‑qualified pool of licensed plumbing contractors to provide on‑call, time‑and‑materials plumbing, water, wastewater, septic, and related utility services for its facilities throughout Hamilton County, Ohio. Work will be issued as individual job orders on an as‑needed basis, with no guaranteed minimum volume. Contractors must respond to non‑emergency requests within 48 hours and emergencies within 2 hours, comply with all applicable codes, provide 24/7 emergency contact, and adhere to prevailing‑wage requirements.
