Design-Bid-Build (DBB) SOF Marine Raider Facilities Complex, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command is soliciting bids for the construction of the SOF Marine Raider Battalion Company and Teams Facilities at the Marine Corps Base in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project includes the construction of several buildings, including a headquarters facility, company and team facilities, and storage buildings. The structures will be single-story steel frame buildings with brick veneer over metal studs, standing seam metal roofs, metal soffits, and translucent wall panels. The project also includes site work, utilities, parking, roadways, pedestrian ways/sidewalks, and miscellaneous supporting structures. • The project requires the removal and replacement of geotechnically unsuitable subgrade soils with imported structural backfill or imported aggregate. • The project includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of unforeseen buried structures, pipes, debris, and concrete. • The project requires the excavation, handling, temporary stockpiling, sampling, analysis, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous surplus soil media. • The project includes the installation of Audio Visual System (A/V) equipment and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). • The project has an estimated total price of over $10 million.
