The State of Colorado’s Colorado Energy Office, in partnership with the Department of Local Affairs, seeks a qualified consultant to research, evaluate, and develop best‑practice recommendations for the “Local IMPACT Accelerator” program. The effort will produce an “Accelerator 2.0” action plan, barrier analysis, stakeholder engagement strategy, and four sector‑specific best‑practice briefs (buildings, land use, transportation, waste).
