Compressed Air, Gases, and Dry Ice

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking capability statements from companies that can provide compressed air, gases, and dry ice to the Jefferson Laboratory Campus in Jefferson, Arkansas. The contractor will be required to supply a wide range of compressed air and gases, including associated cylinder rental fees. The contractor must also deliver and install all required compressed gas storage and dispensing equipment. Some key points to consider: • The FDA is looking for companies that can provide Ultra High Purity (UHP) gases, including Argon, Nitrogen, and Oxygen. • The contractor will be required to provide an automated telemetry system and continuous monitoring of gas levels. • The contractor must also provide an account number specific to the Jefferson Laboratory Campus for multiple Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders to use when placing orders. • Invoices must be submitted directly to the GPC holder who authorized the order. • The period of performance is from September 19, 2026, to March 31, 2031.
