The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide daily cleaning services at five recreation sites in the Pinedale area. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for performing daily cleaning services, including emptying trash and recycling, cleaning restrooms and showers, and performing other tasks as needed. The contractor must have the capability to perform daily cleaning services at all five sites, have a staffing plan that demonstrates adequate personnel availability, have a quality control plan consistent with QAP requirements, and have past performance or relevant experience.
