This solicitation seeks a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract to provide spare parts—specifically the Lever, Remote Control (NSN 1680‑01‑264‑2104, P/N 7‑311525064‑21)—for the AH‑64 Apache helicopter. The contract will be awarded to a vendor (or subcontractor) capable of delivering the parts in accordance with strict aviation critical‑safety item requirements, including first‑article testing, MIL‑STD packaging, ISO 9001 quality compliance, and Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking.
