WestCOG Regional Freight Plan

The Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG) is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a regional freight plan for the WestCOG Region. The consultant will be required to review studies and plans relevant to freight movement already prepared by other governmental and industry sources. The scope of work includes developing a comprehensive freight plan that addresses the transportation needs of the region.
