The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Wyoming Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) and application intake and eligibility determination services for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The selected contractor will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of program delivery, including eligibility verification, outcomes-based client outreach, disbursement of benefits, and general administrative oversight. The contractor will also be required to demonstrate a commitment to rigorous statutory compliance, data integrity, and the achievement of the Agency's performance benchmarks. Key responsibilities include: • Providing accurate and efficient client intake, customer service, and application processing • Conducting verification services for LIEAP and WAP clients • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and system maintenance • Performing administrative duties necessary for the effective delivery and oversight of the LIEAP program • Collaborating with the Department's designated Financial Services Division liaison regarding accounting procedures • Providing financial and progress reports as specified in the RFP and upon Agency request
