REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE SPACE IN HORRY COUNTY FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY

The State of South Carolina, through its Department of Administration’s Real Property Services, is seeking lease proposals for approximately 2,000 sq ft of office space in Horry County to house the South Carolina Department of Children’s Advocacy. The lease must be a gross lease covering all operating expenses, be ADA‑compliant, include CAT‑6 networking, 24/7 HVAC, secure access, and provide 13 reserved parking spaces. Proposals must present rates for multiple lease‑term options (3, 5, 7, 10 years) and meet a detailed interior layout that includes private offices, workstations, a reception area, break room, print alcove, IT closet, and a medium conference room.
