One (1) New 2026 4X2 Regular Cab XL Truck

The City of Henderson, Kentucky is soliciting bids for one new 2026 4X2 regular cab XL truck. The truck should have a 2.7 L V6 gasoline engine or higher, two-wheel drive, 10-speed automatic transmission, white exterior, gray interior, 8’ pick-up bed, 141" wheelbase or higher, A/C, dual airbags, AM/FM radio, 2-door, power windows and locks, vinyl 40/20/40 front seat, GVWR 6220 lbs. or higher, 3.55 ratio regular axle or higher, and 17” silver steel wheels. Bids will be accepted in the Office of the Director of Finance until 1:30 p.m. on April 10, 2026. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The truck should be delivered within sixty (60) days of the City Commission approval. • The bidder shall furnish specifications, length of warranty, list of all features, and/or optional equipment and delivery time required after receipt of order. • The bid prices shall include delivery to the City of Henderson, Municipal Service Center. • Bids shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. • The city’s sales tax exemption status may not be used by the bidder to acquire materials or supplies on a sales-tax exempt basis. • The city accepts responsibility of merchandise upon receipt at the city’s delivery point unless otherwise noted. • The bidder may be required to obtain a City of Henderson Occupational License within ten days of contract award. • All federal, state, and local law requirements must be followed.
