X1DB--Burlington VT CBOC Sources Sought Notice

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for leasing 15,000 to 18,480 square feet of medical/clinical office space in Burlington, VT, Winooski, VT, or Colchester, VT. The space must be handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meet specific security and sustainability standards. The lease term is 6 years with a preferred occupancy date of January 1, 2026. Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest by September 17, 2025, and include information about their company, the offered space, and their capabilities. • The VA is looking for existing building options that meet the specified space and parking requirements. • The space must be located on no more than one floor and be contiguous. • The building must have metro-ethernet data and voice communication circuits available. • The offered space cannot be in the FEMA 100-year flood plain. • The space must meet Federal and Local Government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
