Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Amplifier Research

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a sole-source contract to Amplifier Research Corp. for the maintenance of 16 Amplifier Research (AR) power amplifiers at the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) facility at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and will include on-site inspection, calibration, repairs, and preventive maintenance of the amplifiers. The contractor will be required to provide an Initial Inspection Summary Report, including all preventive maintenance or minor repairs accomplished, as well as detailed parts, repairs, and shipping costs for any inoperable units. • The contract is for a sole-source award, meaning that only one responsible source (Amplifier Research Corp.) can satisfy the agency's requirements. • The contract will be for a 12-month base period. • The work will be performed at the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) facility at Fort Huachuca, AZ. • The contractor will be required to provide an Initial Inspection Summary Report.
