Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $75,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be around $1 million to $5 million per year, based on the lease of 2,025 square feet of medical/clinical office space. The total budget for the 15-year lease term could be around $15 million to $75 million. This estimate is based on average annual rent costs for commercial office space in the Lower Fairfield County area of Connecticut. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the location of the property, the condition and age of the building, and the level of services required by the VA. The VA may also require additional services, such as maintenance and repairs, which could increase the total budget.
