Request for LOI, Rutland-Southern VT Regional Airport Restaurant

The Vermont Agency of Transportation, Aviation Program is requesting Letter of Interests (LOI) from entities interested in operating a family-friendly restaurant at the Rutland-Southern Vermont Regional Airport. The restaurant space is located on the second floor of the commercial passenger terminal building and offers a unique view of the surrounding mountains and aircraft apron. The airport is looking for an operator who can open during the start of summer 2026 and provide breakfast and lunch services. • The restaurant space is approximately positioned on the second floor of the commercial passenger terminal building. • The terminal welcomes around 10,000 passengers every year. • The airport has a busy general aviation and private aviation presence. • The local community provides strong support. • The operator is expected to be open at least 5 days a week. • The lease is available for viewing in Exhibit C.
